Our Mission

The mission of the BBC is to assist Berkner High School student-athletes and coaches, to increase adult/parent involvement and support of the high school, while uplifting Berkner athletes to their greatest potential on and off the field. We also aim to support athletic programs within our two feeder junior highs, Apollo Junior High and Liberty Junior High.

OUR ORGANIZATION

The Berkner Booster Club is a registered 501c non-profit organization led by a five-person executive board (5 non-voting board members) in conjunction with team coaches and parent reps. The BBC meets on the first Monday of each month during the school year in the BHS MAC and all are welcome to attend. Subscribe to our calendar to remain updated on meeting times and dates.

WHAT WE DO

BBC funding and organizational support provides for the following:

• Annual TEAMSGIVING
• Gift wrap for Holiday of Dreams (Gift program for our BLC elementary students in need)
• Team fundraising
• Sourcing Berkner Athletic Spirit wear for Team Sales (Fundraising)

The BBC aims to assist improving the athletic department by purchasing items needed by the teams throughout their regular and post season.

HOW WE DO IT

The funding for the BBC largely comes from the following sources:

• Booster club memberships
• All Sports Media Guide Ad Sales

The success of the BBC is also owed to the generous donations of Berkner High School parents and local businesses. Our BLC has donated over $10,000 in kind to specific organizations in the 2023 year alone. RAMS LEAD THE WAY.
