Session 1:
· Time: 7:30am-8:50am
· Participants: 7th-12th grade athletes (excluding 9th-12th grade football)
· Note: 7th-8th grade football players will have their lifting session during this time.
· Sports Specific Training: 9:00-10:00 am (Please refer to the separate schedule for specific times and days for each sport. Not all sports will offer this training during the summer.)
Session 2:
· Time: 9:15am-10:50am
· Participants: 9th-12th grade Football
· Football Sports Specific Training: 11:00am-12:00pm on Mondays to Thursdays.
