2026 Summer Strength & Conditioning Camp

Grade Entering:  7 - 12th

Monday-Thursday

Week 1 - June 1-4
Week 2 - June 8-11
Week 3 - June 15-18
Week 4 - June 22-25
Week 5 - July 6-9
Week 6 - July 13-16
Week 7 - July 20-30*

No camp June 29 - July 4

*Newly added Open Weight Room / Combined Workout.

 

 

 

 

Session 1:

 

· Time: 7:30am-8:50am
· Participants: 7th-12th grade athletes (excluding 9th-12th grade football)
· Note: 7th-8th grade football players will have their lifting session during this time.
· Sports Specific Training: 9:00-10:00 am (Please refer to the separate schedule for specific times and days for each sport. Not all sports will offer this training during the summer.)


Session 2:

· Time: 9:15am-10:50am
· Participants: 9th-12th grade Football
· Football Sports Specific Training: 11:00am-12:00pm on Mondays to Thursdays.
